This was my outfit that I wore to the Kenzo x H&M launch party in NYC. The dress has been one of the stars of Dolce & Gabbana‘s spectacular F/W 2016 show with its amazing cat print, one of the most beautiful trends of the season (click here for a previous post about it). It has elbow-length sleeves, a nipped-in waist and gently flared hem. I styled this piece with skyrocketing heels and a box bag with a fun hand painted statement. I love road trips, I like travelling but preferably in comfy clothes that still need to be stylish. When I spotted this track suit at Gucci, it was love at first sight. Today, I am wearing it on my flight back to Zurich from NYC… it was an amazing stay and I am bringing home the best memories to be shared with you soon!

Recently, I watched the new Mother’s Day movie. It is star-studded ensemble film (Kate Hudson, Jennifer Aniston, Jennifer Garner, Julia Roberts just to name a few…) that follows three generations in the week leading up to this special celebration with all of them facing the ups and downs of motherhood. It is really an entertaining film that I can recommend.
One scene caught my eye specifically and that means in terms of fashion of course. Without giving away too much, it’s pretty much in the end when Julia Roberts, who plays also a grandma (Can you imagine? Time flies!) shows up in a stunning pink dress. With capes being so fashionable this season, this built-in version is absolutely divine.

Here is the outfit that I wore to the opening of Art in the Park at the Baur au Lac two weeks ago. It was a rainy day but it couldn’t stop me from wearing this colorful outfit that blended in with the exhibited art of Finish shootingstar Jani Leinonen perfectly. Isn’t it wonderful to see how fashion and art inspire each other in multiple ways.
