Be a diva in a positive way. Enjoy dressing up – even at the pool! Exude great style and personality with confidence and express your own style while not letting others influence who you are or want to be. I am wishing you a happy weekend. I am going to spend mine in my garden and you?

My beloved Mary Katrantzou is giving me wanderlust while enjoying my staycation. Mary Mare is a seasonless, year-round capsule line, inspired by sunny, oceanfront destinations: Cannes, Nice, Greece, Portofino, Monte Carlo, Venice, Dubrovnik, the Côte d’Azur, and more. You saw me already sporting the sea-shell print in June (for the previous post, click here please).
Now, it is time to enjoy my newest pieces at the pool in my new house. I especially adore the signature Postage Stamps print, alluding to the nostalgia of writing postcards to our loved ones while on vacation. Taking inspiration from the 10th anniversary collection, this print was reimagined in her London studio and adorns my bathing suit.
My look: Côte d’Azur striped silk-georgette cover up, Ibiza postage-stamp print swimsuit, Mykonos striped triangle bikini
, all by Mary Katrantzou, Tallow cat-eye sunglasses
by Zimmermann, Loubi Bee Alta 130 leather platform sandals
by Christian Louboutin, pink embossed leather shoulder bag
by Fendi, floppy straw hat by Louis Vuitton (Cruise 2011), Ras Du Cou silver-tone, shell and beaded necklace
, and Aimable gold-tone horn necklace, both by Isabel Marant.

Superga x Mary Katrantzou – this sneaker collaboration is out of this world and holds summer’s favorite sneakers for us. I have been a fan of Mary’s lively creations since the first day she launched her brand and her amazing prints paired with the iconic kicks is absolutely divine.

Parallel to the launch of MARY MARE, the collection taps into picture-perfect vacations. Considering that travelling abroad is far from possible at the moment, the collab is a close second to feeling like you’re enjoying your beauty summer vacation.

You can shop the sneakers here. Below you can see a sneak preview of my Mary Mare look, stay tuned and happy weekend …

Vacation plans may be on pause, but sunshine is not. Make the most of the warmer weather closer to home with the most beautiful beach towels that will make you feel like being in a 5-star hotel in your own garden or during sundowners on the balcony.

If I say to you, just keep swimming, I am quoting a fish – a really famous fish and that is Dory from the movie Finding Nemo. If you keep swimming, you will not drown and might reach your next goal. Take action to survive, even if that is all you can do. And needless to say, do it with style!

The retro one-piece swimsuit feels so right again. Better than ever, those new offerings are really fun, and could double as bodysuits. You can style them with pants or tailored jackets to the office or with hot pants to the next festival.
In the end, they will accompany us through the summer, reminding us of beaches we’ve lain on, and boats we’ve jumped off. Enjoy and channel your own Baywatch moment.
LoL, Sandra

The coolest accessory for this summer? This time, I’m not talking about my Côte d’Azur inspired bag and shoes… I’m talking about my new pool floats! It’s been a few years now that these funny inflatables became the hypest pieces to show on Instagram. Pink flamingos have long ruled the scene, but now it is time for some angel wings action!
My look: Off-the-shoulder cotton-poplin top by Stella McCartney, lace-trimmed striped seersucker maxi skirt by Jonathan Simkhai, printed halterneck bikini by Dolce & Gabbana, woven basket bag «Cannes» edition, frayed «St. Tropez» embroidered straw sunhat

A big thank you to my very talented daughter!!!

Still looking for some glamorous daytime beachwear? Emilio Pucci’s instantly recognisable kaleidoscopic designs have always been favoured by those in the know, and that’s unlikely to change anytime soon, making any Pucci printed piece an intelligent buy – whether it’s one of the brand’s iconic bikinis or a chic cover-up. For me, it truly is the ultimate luxe swimwear brand.
My look: Fiore Maya asymmetric printed silk-chiffon dress
, Fiore Maya printed triangle bikini and Fiore Maya printed cotton-gauze pareo
, all by Emilio Pucci, Candy metallic elaphe platform sandals
