This spring has been crazy so far. Snow, rain, sun, we have experienced everything to the extreme so far. Right now, Switzerland is pretty cold, and I feel blessed to be escaping to Barcelona today.

Classy and fabulous – this is how I feel in SAINT LAURENT. After this week’s IG Live Beauty Talk for Mother’s Day with Yves Saint Laurent Beauty (owned by L’Oréal, which holds exclusive licenses for the name), this post is an other homage to the French Maison. Shot at the Zaha Hadid exhibition at Galerie Gmurzynska – I am wearing pieces from the brand’s beautiful Resort 2021 and S/S 2021 collections.
SAINT LAURENT, that is today owned by the Kering Group, is one of the most iconic brands of the 20th Century. Founded by legendary designer Yves Saint Laurent and his partner Pierre Bergé in 1961, it quickly revolutionized the way fashion and society intertwine with the launch of its iconic «Rive Gauche» collection just five years later, becoming the first couture house to launch ready-to-wear. Today, Creative Director Anthony Vaccarello, who was appointed in April 2016 after Hedi Slimane left the company, continues to honor the label’s trailblazing spirit with his empowering, dynamic and boundary-pushing designs.

My look: Two-tone ribbed wool jacket
, pussy-bow ruffled silk crepe de chine blouse
, cotton-blend satin shorts
, Jodie rose-embellished white leather platform sandals
, Cassandra medium YSL-plaque dark green leather cross-body bag
, gold-tone, enamel and faux pearl clip earrings, all by Saint Laurent, JUSTE UN CLOU bracelet in rose gold with diamonds by Cartier, and Carrera Automatic Chronograph by TAG Heuer.

I am wishing you a wonderful first day of May! It is the day to gift lilies of the valley as a symbol of springtime to someone whom you would like to wish happiness. I am wearing them as a beautiful print today.
It was also Christian Dior‘s favorite flower and his lucky charm. He would stitch a stem of lily of the valley into the seam of his dresses for good luck. To celebrate this beautiful tradition, I have been spoilt by the Dior team in Zurich today with a beautiful gift.

To find out more about the symbolism of lilies of the valley and the history behind it, I invite you to read a previous post by clicking here.
My look: Lily of the valley-print pussy-bow silk blouse and Lily of the Valley-print pleated silk skirt, both by Valentino, checked wool-blend tweed jacket and Jodie rose-embellished leather platform sandals
, by Saint Laurent, silver-tone, crystal and faux pearl clip earrings by Alessandra Rich, Himalaya Niloticus crocodile Birkin bag by Hermès, and crystal embellished scrunchie by Prada, diamond ring and diamond bracelet, both by Vainard Fine Jewellery.

Oh! Wait.. how old am I? Probably too old for being in the playroom of Gstaad Palace hotel. However, I still have that inner child in me which also translates from time to time in my choice of fashion. Candy colors, soft shapes, and cute prints have always attracted me, as they are providing a grown-up way to add a playful edge to any look. The key to staying young? Not growing old in your mind!
My look: Crochet-knit cotton-blend jacket
, and fringed polka-dot crochet-knit cotton mini skirt
, and The Whirl leather clutch in pink
, all by Bottega Veneta, leather over-the-knee boots

After my master detox program at Clinique La Prairie I feel so full of energy which translates into my choice of fashion. Vibrant, colorful, full of life, for Gucci‘s «Epilogue» collection Alessandro Michele takes inspiration from the bohemian styles of the ’60s and ’70s. «Epilogue» was conceived as a vibrant rejection of fashion’s more «traditional» guidelines. It reveals all of the elements that have guided the Gucci aesthetic over the last six years. This brightly coloured paisley print ensemble speaks to the narrative used throughout the collection. It’s cut for a figure-skimming fit from breathable cotton and linen-blend canvas printed with a rainbow of swirling paisleys.
My look: Paisley-print canvas crop top
, and matching paisley-print cotton-blend canvas maxi skirt
, Angel leather platform sandals, all by Gucci, oversized gold-tone, crystal and faux pearl clip earrings by Dolce & Gabbana, Gilda super mini crystal-embellished lamé tote

I am so happy that finally restaurants are allowed to open at least their outdoor terraces. Switzerland has been pretty soft in terms of lockdown compared to other countries. However, bars, night clubs and indoor restaurants are still closed. I miss my girls’s night out so much, dressing up and enjoying a great evening is something that makes me happy. As I think that it will still take a while, I already planned wearing boots. Just choking, or probably not.
My look: Studded ruched plunge-neck jersey mini dress
by Alexandre Vauthier, Desida leather knee boots
by Manolo Blahnik, Barbie embroidered appliquéd canvas clutch
by Olympia Le-Tan, Egyptian style necklace by CHANEL (Métiers d’Art Pre-fall 2019 Paris – New York collection).
