This post might be a little bit more daring than others but those Louboutin pieces deserve attention and with my blog being down, I had time to come up with some unusual ideas. It was raining cats and dogs outside, when I took the photos by myself with a tripod and the timer in my beautiful suite at the Ritz-Carlton New York located at Central Park. If you would like to know more about this collaboration with artist Doctor Bored, click here please.
My look: Macramé lace-trimmed silk-satin chemise and
macramé silk robe in fire red, both by La Perla
, Dr Bored Paloma clutch mini and Pinupina 130 limited edition pumps, both by Christian Louboutin, and Satin Touch 20 denier stay-up stockings by Wolford.

Shoe designer Amina Muaddi teams up with Wolford for a limited-edition collaboration including hosiery, leggings, bodysuits, jumpsuits, socks and a few skin-tight dresses.
Wolford, which sells everything from lingerie to beachwear and ready-to-wear apparel, is trying to get back to its roots as an innerwear brand — and hoping Muaddi can help.

The collaboration between Amina Muaddi and Wolford is a benchmark partnership. Both share the same DNA with regards to craftsmanship and commitment to excellence. Both share the same dedication for timeless contemporaneity and both are impassioned towards helping women express their identity and boost their confidence. A shared approach, avoiding fast-fashion, for a world with more consciousness.
Thong Tights
Amina Muaddi credits her Jordanian and Romanian heritage, as well as her time spent visiting family in Italy in her youth, as the DNA behind her eponymous label. Launched in 2018, it fuses a sense of opulence with timeless glamour, and is inspired by tastemakers from across the world. For Wolford, she created some truly outstanding pieces, among them the fabulous Thong Tights (finally!) and the Crystal Net Tights.
Crystal Net Tights
The collection is launching worldwide on July 5, 2021.

2020 was both Wolford’s 70th anniversary and Helmut Newton’s 100th birthday, so to mark the occasion the Austrian brand is releasing three limited-edition T-shirts featuring his work.

ICONIC
Helmut Newton, one of the great photographers of the 20th century, left a lasting impression on fashion photography. His collaboration with Wolford in the late 1990s was a major event and the images that he created during that period remain some of the most famous shots in the history of the brand.

NEWTON T-SHIRT
Made from 100% high-quality cotton with a loose and contemporary fit these shirts are the perfect way to celebrate perhaps the most famous collaboration in Wolford history.

The famous photographs that have graced billboards and art galleries around the world can now be a part of your own wardrobe. But don’t delay, these stylish shirts are only available in limited quantities. Pick your favorite shot, or grab all three, and reserve yours today.

Last Friday, I arrived in my happy place which is my old hometown Munich. Before the official start of Oktoberfest on Saturday, I went out with friends on Friday night wearing this quite daring dress. Unfortunately, it is always hard to find someone who is not only willing to take some photos and but also capable of doing so. This time, it was obviously a difficult task:-) – men can be so uncooperative – but I hope that you still enjoy this post.
My look: One-shoulder satin-trimmed crepe mini dress and feather cape
, both by Balmain, black calf leather lace up Janis pumps by Saint Laurent, Satin Touch 20 denier stay-up stockings by Wolford, black and white grained leather bag with gold-tone metal details and single earring, both by Chanel.

Yesterday, I introduced you to Dundas‘ high-octane glamour. Here you see me wearing one of his S/S 2019 runway dresses that opened the runway show in Paris in Saint-Tropez for a fun night out at L’Opéra. It’s cut from naturally stretchy tulle embellished with awesome sequins in a camouflage pattern to channel the designer’s «urban jungle chic» vision. It’s spliced with an embellished leopard-effect lace sleeve and has flattering ruching along one side.
My look: Ruched sequined tulle and lace mini dress
by Dundas, camouflage fold over clutch
by Valentino, metallic and matte leather pumps by Saint Laurent, bead and acetate clip earrings by Oscar de la Renta and Satin Touch 20 denier stay-up stockings by Wolford.

It is official! I am a Swiss Girl. I couldn’t be happier to finally have received my Swiss passport and to be a double citizen of Germany, my birth place, and Switzerland, my home base.
Today marks Sechseläuten which I will be celebrating among dear friends for the first time as a citizen of Zurich. Following the parade of the “Zünfte” (guilds), the culmination of this popular tradition is the burning of winter in effigy, in the form of the “Böögg” (cognate to bogey), a figure of a snowman prepared with explosives.
My look: Oversized tuxedo blazer and green cloche hat, both by Stella McCartney, Windward logo-intarsia merino sweater and printed cotton and linen-blend mini skirt
, both by Burberry, T printed textured-leather pouch
by Loewe, red leather Rockstud boots by Valentino, Limelight Gala watch and rose diamond ring, both by Piaget.
Twenties fishnet tights by Wolford.

Friday’s dress code «Parisian Chic – Je Ne Regrette Rien» for the amazing ASW Winter Weekend in Gstaad was so much fun. I went through my closet and put together some vintage and new pieces for this Cancan-style outfit. The tights incorporated excessive glitz that you cannot see so well on the pictures. I hope that you like it as much as I do.
My look: Vintage bustier with a theatrical Parisian print of the late 19th century by Dolce & Gabbana, stretch-knit high-waisted panties by Prada, Cassandre small suede shoulder bag by Saint Laurent, burlesque can-can style boots by Louis Vuitton, feather boa by Dior, grape colored feather brooch
by Christopher Kane, feather-embellished velvet headband by Prada, Jennifer glitter net tights
by Wolford, Eiffel tower pearl earrings, multi-strand pearl body chain necklace and lace sleeves, all by Chanel, rose diamond ring by Piaget.
