My Favorite Outfits of 2025

Following my tradition, here are my favourite outfits of 2025 – a little retrospective recalling my most fashionable moments, photographed in amazing places around the globe. It was a very difficult year for me but fashion is always my pillar to stay strong, happy and grateful.

May 2026 be as stylish as it is successful. I am wishing you a year of bold fashion choices, new inspirations, and a closet that always feels like your happy place.

My Look: Celebrating Oscar

«Fashion is about optimismOscar de la Renta once said. On the last day of the year, those words feel especially present. This year brought profound loss and many difficult moments, marked by the passing of my parents. Ending it with a beautiful memory feels meaningful.

Earlier this month, I travelled to Santo Domingo for the Oscar de la Renta fashion show celebrating the house’s 60th anniversary, an experience I will share more of very soon. For now, this is a first glimpse of the look I wore.

Head to toe in Oscar de la Renta, the orchid print reflected the Caribbean Gala dress code for the night and matched perfect the beautiful background at my hotel, the Kimpton Las Mercedes.

My look: Maxi dress with orchid print, Tro crystal-embellished mini bag, and Impatiens silver-tone crystal clip earringsicon, all by Oscar de la Renta, crystal embellished sunglasses by CHANEL, diamond rose ring by Piaget , and Double Bow crystal-embellished glittered leather point-toe pumpsicon by Mach & Mach.

Wishing you all a bright, joyful, and great start to the new year! I am convinced that 2026 will be a good one!

My Look: Burberry Host

Hosting a Burberry event in Zurich was a tue pleasure, a day shaped by conversations, style, and a shared appreciation for the house. Friends of mine and clients of the House came together to experience the F/W 2025 collection, alongside my styling insights and a closer look at the season’s defining themes.

What I wore felt like a natural extension of that dialogue. Dressed head to toe in Burberry, my look combined current pieces with elements that have long been part of my wardrobe. A reminder that true style isn’t about moments, but continuity and that Burberry’s strength lies in its ability to remain timeless while constantly evolving.

My look: Oversized silk-habotai shirticon, shearling-collar trim scarfasymmetric printed plissé-twill skirticon, leather-trimmed cashmere and cotton-gabardine bag charmicon, mini Pocket tote bag, and buckled leather knee bootsicon, all by Burberry.

My Look: Rewear

Some pieces are simply too special to be worn only once. This Oscar de la Renta dress is one of them. I first wore it four years ago during Paris Fashion Week, for a special occasion hosted by Dr. Barbara Sturm.

With Dr. Barbara Sturm at Kaviar Caspia in Paris in 2021 wearing the dress for the first time.

Last week, I was wearing it again in a very different setting in front of a beautifully decorated Christmas tree at the National Palace in Santo Domingo on the occasion of Oscar de la Renta’s 60th anniversary.

Christmas tree camouflaging.
So perfectly decorated that I almost disappear into it.

The dress remains the same. I only changed the shoes and the earrings. And yet, it feels completely new.

My look in Paris: Open-back appliquéd tulle mini dressicon by Oscar de la Renta, vintage dark green stingray leather clutch, and platform sandals, both by Alaïa, oversized gold-tone, leather, crystal and faux pearl clip earrings by Dolce & Gabbana.

My look in Santo Domingo: Open-back appliquéd tulle mini dressicon and dark green long beaded tassel earrings, both by Oscar de la Renta, vintage dark green stingray leather clutch by Alaïa, and Jodie rose-embellished white leather platform sandals by Saint Laurent.

With its iconic three-dimensional floral appliqués, a design made iconic by Taylor Swift, this gown is an absolute dream piece. And when you are lucky enough to own something this special, you should wear it again and again. Because every time you do, it feels like a Christmas gift all over again: familiar, yet still magical.

These images below were taken in Paris, but over the coming days I’ll also be sharing what I experienced with Oscar de la Renta in Santo Domingo. This is just the beginning. Merry Christmas and stay tuned!

My Look: Riyadh Style

On the second day of the Creative Women Forum in Riyadh, I wore one of my favorite looks from this trip, a beautifully balanced outfit that blends Western sophistication with Middle Eastern elegance. The centerpiece was a graceful head scarf, styled in a way that felt both culturally respectful and effortlessly chic.

There was something powerful about walking through Riyadh dressed in a look that carried elements of two worlds I love. The tailored lines and modern silhouette spoke to my Western side, while the textures, colors, and the way the scarf framed my face echoed the timeless beauty of Middle Eastern style.

This outfit wasn’t just fashion, it was a reflection of connection. A way of honoring the culture around me while staying true to my own aesthetic. And in that moment, surrounded by inspiring women from across the globe, it felt like the perfect expression of who I was that day: confident, curious, and beautifully in between.

My look: Belted crystal-embellished crepe kaftan with headscarficon by Simkhai, bi-color heart-shaped earrings by Alessandra Rich, Farrah leather platform sandalsicon by Saint Laurent, and Roman Stud quilted leather shoulder bagicon by Valentino.

My Look: Moonlit One Thousand and One Nights

Under the fading full moon, I had the pleasure of attending the Gala Night of the Creative Women Forum Saudi Arabia 2025 at the National Museum in Riyadh, a truly enchanting evening that felt straight out of One Thousand and One Nights. For this special occasion, I chose an outfit from Taller Marmo, a brand that perfectly embodies modern sophistication with a touch of timeless Middle Eastern allure. Surrounded by inspiring women, art, and culture, the night shimmered with creativity, beauty, and elegance.

My look: Suratt fil coupé kaftan by Taller Marmo, Torchon gold-tone crystal clip earringsicon by Alessandra Rich, Angel leather platform sandals by Gucci, black shimmering scarf by Moschino, and velvet strass evening flap bag in black and gold by CHANEL.

Stay tuned for so much more coming up from my recent trip to Saudi Arabia.

My Look: The Defining Knit Dress

The defining knit dress. An instant outfit solution. This season’s knitwear goes beyond cozy, think silhouettes that deliver polish and ease. Here is the outfit that I wore to the Lanvin S/S 2026 show during Paris Fashion Week in October.

My look: Embellished draped wool-blend turtleneck midi dressicon, vintage fringed bag in python leathericon, and vintage Gloria resin, Swarovski pearl and crystal necklace, all by Lanvin, Lisa square-frame metal sunglasses, and black suede bootiesicon, both by Saint Laurent, «L’AMOUR D’UN GITAN» haticon by Jacquemus.

My Look: Some Days

«Some days you’re the pigeon, some days you’re the statue

Lately, I’ve been living in the space between those two, standing still while life leaves its marks, yet still refusing to lose my grace. Fashion has always been my quiet form of resilience, a language beyond words. Today I wear Tom Ford, a silhouette sculpted with the kind of strength I need right now. Haider Ackermann’s vision for the house speaks of poetry and precision, softness wrapped around steel and I love how he translates that into something as simple yet refined as a cashmere jogging pant: effortless, elegant, and impossibly comfortable. And in my hand, a pigeon clutch by JW Anderson, a symbol of both peace and fragility, and a reminder that even stillness can have wings.

My look: Wool-blend sweatericon, jersey tapered trackpantsicon, gold-tone chokericon, and gold-tone cufficon, all by Tom Ford, pigeon resin clutchicon by JW Anderson, Torchon gold-tone crystal clip earringsicon by Alessandra Rich, LV Link square sunglasses by Louis Vuitton, and Jeanne embellished glossed-leather slingback pumpsicon by Saint Laurent.

My Look: Burgundy

There are colors that carry emotion within them and burgundy is one of them. Deep, romantic, quietly powerful. When I wore this look during Paris Fashion Week, I felt wrapped in its warmth, unaware that life was about to shift again.

These photographs were captured in a moment of light, laughter, beauty, and that fleeting Parisian magic. I look at them now, from the stillness of a hospital room, sitting beside my father on the palliative ward, and they whisper something different. They remind me that happiness is delicate, that life can change in the time it takes to exhale, and yet, beauty remains.

Since losing my mother, I’ve learned that love and loss often live side by side. In caring for my father, in the quiet hours between worry and tenderness, I return to these images to edit, to write, to remember. It’s my way of breathing through the heaviness. This post isn’t just about fashion. It’s about the contrast, between fragility and strength, between what fades and what endures. Burgundy became a reflection of my heart: graceful, bruised, but still beating.

My look: Cropped cashmere-blend turtleneck sweatericon, pleated knitted cashmere-blend midi skirticon, and Le Teckel small leather-trimmed suede shoulder bagicon, all by Alaïa, vintage sunglasses in burgundy with stingray leather by Louis Vuitton, lace tights by Calzedonia, Rossy 160 patent leather platform sandals, and hoop-drop clip earringsicon, both by Saint Laurent.

My Look: Joie de Vivre

During Paris Fashion Week, I had the pleasure of joining Lanvin and designer Peter Copping for an intimate dinner, a night filled with conversation, creativity, and the quiet glamour that only Paris can offer. For the occasion, I wore a dress and cardigan from Lanvin’s current F/W 25 collection, pieces that perfectly capture the season’s understated sophistication. I styled them with vintage pearl necklaces and glossy red pumps from my own archive, adding a personal twist to the look. To complete the outfit, I carried a vintage Balenciaga bag, a subtle nod to Peter’s past at the house, and, as he shared with me that evening, to his many visits to Zurich during Demna’s early days there.

My look: Cropped open-knit cardiganicon, and matching paneled knitted midi dressicon, platform heels in red patent leather, long necklace with pearls, feathers, ribbon and rhinestones, and long multi-strand pearl necklace, all by Lanvin, and suede opera clutch bag by Balenciaga.
