Here are the details of the outfit that I wore for the amazing shopping spree in Abu Dhabi.
I added some elements from the Middle East such as harem pants and the Chanel necklace from the Dubai collection.

Today I am off to NYC from Abu Dhabi, only one week ago I landed in sunny Paris for an amazing project with Piaget that I will be able to tell you more about soon. My life is busy and I feel extremely blessed because I do everything with love and passion. I love my job, I love my life and I am the most happy when travelling the world. My best travel companion at the moment is my Chanel backpack… with this in mind, please enjoy my outfit post.

For S/S 2015, soft and pastel, long tutu tulle skirts and dresses were gracing the runways, reminiscent of the lightness of a ballerina (in the collage above from left to right: Valentino – Giorgio Armani – Vionnet). They same trend can be seen for makeup. As you know, I spent last week in Los Angeles. Nice weather and sunshine most of the time. Friday I left to Moscow, which literally meant a 40°C difference in temperature and 11 hours in time, but those facts didn’t stop me from having a great weekend in the Russian city. Here you see me at the Red Square on Saturday. It was my first time back after 30 years.

Such exciting news I can finally share with you as I had a strict embargo not to post anything before today. Meet THE GIRL CHANEL 2015 – the new bag you didn’t know you needed. A simple truth is that I like summer much better than winter and that I still remember those warm days I had in December when I I flew to Mauritius and stayed at the new beautiful LUX* Belle Mare resort. Even that it was raining most of the time, I could still wear something light.

Every year, I am curious which shade will be announced by global color authority Pantone as the official color of the year. For 2015, it is a soothing and comforting tone, which could be an inspiration for a balanced and more fulfilling life: MARSALA. Much like the fortified wine that gives it its name, this tasteful hue with its grounding red-brown roots embodies a satisfying richness and a sophisticated, natural earthiness.

A hearty yet stylish tone, the impactful, full-bodied qualities of Marsala make for an elegant, grounded statement color when used on its own or as a strong accent to many other colors. I like it extremely in combination with mint green. It’s time to fill your wardrobe with the new It-shade!

The last days here in Los Angeles have been magic like always. There is something about this city that makes me feel like I have arrived, that makes me want to embrace the world.
