This was my look for a very fun party last Saturday. Sorry for the quality of the photos. We took them when we came home which was probably not the best idea.
Flared barnacle-intarsia dress
by Alexander McQueen, cashmere-blend cropped jacket by Stella McCartney, Obsession pumps by Yves Saint Laurent, grey suede clutch by Prada, pony skin cuff by Céline, cocktail ring by Roberto Cavalli and earrings by Christian Dior.
I am completely in love with my new McQueen dress. The cut is amazing and it is so comfy – great for dancing. This is fabulous fashion!

Yesterday, I had a pretty busy day with different events and the opening exhibition of the Gunter Sachs Collection at Sotheby’s in the evening. After many days of bad weather, the sun was shining for a change. So I chose this look that worked day to night perfectly:
Python-print silk dress
by Chloé, double-breasted blazer by Balmain (a similar great piece is this military coat by Balmain which is available now), tri-colour Trapeze bag by Céline, Lady Excalibur watch by Roger Dubuis, belt and boots by Gucci.

This was my look for a lovely dinner with friends: Ribbed neon pink cashmere sweater by Michael Kors, stretch-leather leggings by Gucci, Clematis leather clutch
by Christopher Kane, “Audrey” sunglasses and green calfskin cuff, both by Céline, cocktail ring and sandals with coral shape heel, both by Chanel.

Thank you for all your lovely messages regarding the outfit that I wore to the Kaufmanfranco event in London last week. Here are the details:
Nesbitt printed crepe dress
and Ray printed crepe jacket, both by Stella McCartney, “Mohawk” shoes by Prada (F/W 2009), tri-colour “Trapeze” bag by Céline and statement necklace by Christian Dior.

This was my look on the last day of Paris Fashion Week. I started off at the Louis Vuitton F/W 2012 show with a ponytail. Later at the Miu Miu F/W 2012 show, I opened my hair and wore my little tiara.
You might recognize the dress from a previous post. As you see, I am following my own recommendations.
My look: Floral leather biker vest and matching tote bag, both by Céline, neon lace-sleeve wool-blend crepe dress
by Christopher Kane, coat, suede booties, earrings and tiara headband, all by Miu Miu.

The last days that I spent with the Gucci crowd were amazing. I have so much to show you and I am still far behind with my New York adventures…
This was my outfit that I wore to the Gucci F/W 2012 show. It was quite difficult to pick something as we had to go straight after to the train station leaving for Florence. I am completely in love with the colour combination of emerald, blue and red. Isn’t it so chic?!
Midnight blue long military-style coat, red belted dress, emerald fur stole and shoes, all by Gucci, ring Diorette by Dior Haute Joiallerie and blue Boston python bag by Céline.
LoL, Sandra

Question of today is how are we supposed to coordinate the neon trend into our wardrobe without looking too much like a scene of Back to the Future.
As I told you in my previous post, a great way to work the neon trend is to combine these vibrant bold hues with neutral shades such as camel, black or white.
Here you see my recent look: Black wool-twill blazer
by Stella McCartney, printed T-shirt by Zara Kids, cropped biker jeans
by Closed, Audrey sunglasses by Céline, Penny loafers “Weejuns” by Tommy Hilfiger for G.H.Bass and Asanto bag by Mollerus.

Zara Kids has got many different blogger-inspired tops at the moment. I couldn’t resist and got myself one in size 13-14 years…

I love the yellow stitching of those Hilfiger loafers. Thank you for such a lovely gift!

Thanks to Mollerus, I own now this lovely bag which is inspired by Mulberry’s Alexa.
What do you think of Closed‘s new vibrant biker jeans? I love them! And like I said, a little neon doesn’t hurt! To shop, click on the highlighted text or the banner below.

Here is what I wore to the Stéphane Rolland Haute Couture S/S 2012 show last week in Paris:
Ribbed wool-blend and silk-gazar dress

by Yves Saint Laurent, mustard-coloured ’40s style coat and suede booties by Miu Miu and animal-print Boston bag
by Céline.

Last month, I was invited by Clarins to Paris for the launch of their newest products (stay tuned for the upcoming post on those amazing new beauty must-haves). I stayed at the Royal Monceau where the presentation and dinner also took place. One of the reasons why Clarins chose this newly renovated hotel that was re-imagined by the famous Philippe Starck is their amazing My Blend by Clarins (a new revolutionary approach on personalized skincare) spa.

Le Royal Monceau has always embodied “Parisian elegance” in all its spontaneity, culture and sagacity. Philippe Starck captured the spirit in perfection. The Royal Monceau is one of the nicest hotels I stayed in recently and I can only recommend it. Please see for yourself!

My look: Patchwork coat by Louis Vuitton, silk-crepe top
by Vionnet, alpaca and wool gilet
by Gucci, stretch-leather leggings
by The Row, scarf by Chanel, Pistol leather ankle boots
by Acne and animal-print Boston bag by Céline.

I travelled for the first time with my new Victorinox Spectra trolley (Thank you!) that works as a carry-on luggage perfectly and has a lot of space.

Some impressions of my room.

View from my hotel room.

Clarins Spa offers 4 new spa body treatments with 18 new exclusive PRO formula products. The Body Sculptor, The Moisture Quencher, The Firming Age Corrector and The Body Polisher are based upon a selection of masks, supplements and pure plant body oils from the PRO range, chosen by the therapist to meet your skin’s individual needs. The Clarins PRO products are truly amazing and are totally working their magic. All treatments are done manually which is the best to me. Here they are the best sunnies available at the moment, the Audrey sunglasses…

…and my newest Spring crush, the floral shopping tote, both by Céline and in stores now.

Céline used this amazing floral print also for their Resort 2012 ready-to-wear collection. The leather biker jacket is so divine that I am dying to get my hands on it!
