«Being well dressed is a beautiful form of politeness», I couldn’t agree more with this quote. So this was my outfit that I wore to the Art in Park XIII event Mid June to honor the work of British Pop Artist Allen Jones.
Generally speaking, sequins got a huge upgrade during the last seasons, they are definitely no longer for the night time party girls only, they look sophisticated for the office, your shopping trip or wherever you like to go. Sequins can easily transition from day and night and don’t forget they provide an instant light on your face! I wore this dress in Los Angeles during the day (for the previous post, please click here) and yesterday in Sardinia at Forte Villagefor a night out dancing.
As you already know, I am on vacation in Sardinia, staying at the beautiful Forte Village resort in the Villa del Parco hotel which is surrounded by lush gardens and a magic forest. Curly hair, only a little lipgloss, then you know, I am on holidays…
When it comes to travelling, I love to pack Missoni and Hervé Légerbecause both brands make clothes that are timeless, don’t wrinkle and are easy to stuff in a suitcase. Can you imagine that I bought this dress around 12 years ago?!
This week, I flew to the Côte d’Azur for a week filled with great adventures. My first stop was one of my favorite hotels in the world: the famous Hotel du Cap-Eden-Roc, located at Cap d’Antibes in the South of France. This place is just magical and for me filled with great memories. I was there with Dior for a great project that will be revealed in September.

When I was in the beginning of my 20s, I was dying to own a Piaget Possession ring. Luckily enough, my parents gifted me with one that I still treasure. You might imagine my excitement when the house of PIAGET approached me as their Swiss ambassador to be part of their social media campaign for the launch of the NEW possession jewelry collection.
We shot the visuals as well as the video that you can see below Mid March 2015 in Paris. 25 years after its first launch, Piaget is expanding its iconic line in honour of the third millennium.
But what is so special about this line? It’s a ring inside a ring, a second rotating band with which to play. “Turn, turn and captivate the world with a simple movement…” one little touch is enough.
It’s a symbol of power and of the choices we as women make for ourselves to take on the world.
I love the campaign’s slogan: “Turn, and the world is yours.” Imagine that with each stroke you can start over again. Isn’t that imagination magical and wearing it around your finger gives you the partner in crime to remind you of that fact every day.
Chabi Nouri, Director of Jewlery Marketing, Communications, and Brand Equity, mentioned to me once that turning the ring is for her “an addictive gesture.” She explained it: “Sometimes I stroke it gently with my thumb to help me think, and to refocus on what is really important.” I adore her approach. My ring can be like a piece of peace in this ultra-fast-paced contemporary world we are living in, a little companion to help reflect and think.
The new collection offers many different varieties to choose from. The choice is yours.

Happy May 1st, my dear readers! Time flies and I cannot wait for summer to arrive and to wear my new season’s pieces. Unfortunately, its has still been a little chilly lately. This Altuzarra jacket, which I love, is very loyal to weather changes as you can carry it like a backpack! Smart dressing at its best!

Today I am off to NYC from Abu Dhabi, only one week ago I landed in sunny Paris for an amazing project with Piaget that I will be able to tell you more about soon. My life is busy and I feel extremely blessed because I do everything with love and passion. I love my job, I love my life and I am the most happy when travelling the world. My best travel companion at the moment is my Chanel backpack… with this in mind, please enjoy my outfit post.
