My Look: K-Pop

This Sunday on MY STYLE ROCKS it’s K-POP madness – and your favorite juror (yes, me) showed up like a glitter explosion met a rainbow in Seoul. 🦄💥

I’m rocking:
🖤 A black tulle skirt with maximum drama.
👢 Platform boots that make me 2 inches closer to stardom.
🌈 A denim jacket in rainbow realness (yes, the back is a whole mood!).
💎 A glitter top because subtlety is not in the K-Pop dictionary.
🌙 Space buns? Of course. Iconic, intergalactic, indispensable.

And wait for it… one of the fabulous contestants dedicated a glowbiotic with schisandra to me. I’ve officially made it – skincare meets fan culture meets fashion fantasy.

You do not want to miss this episode. Fashion, fun, and fabulous chaos – just the way we like it.

My Look: Story Time

I was in Germany, wrapped in the tenderness and sorrow of visiting my seriously ill parents. In the midst of it all, I chose to wear an outfit that felt like armor and poetry at once. Sometimes, dressing up isn’t about the world seeing you. It’s about feeling like yourself again, if only for a moment.

Elegance can be quiet, almost healing. That day, it gave me a sense of calm, strength, and a whisper of beauty when I needed it most.

My look: Floral-appliqué ruched top in beige, and matching floral-appliqué ruched midi skirt, both by Magda Butrym, crystal-embellished gold-tone necklace by Versace, bi-color heart-shaped earrings by Alessandra Rich, 30 Montaigne SU oversized ivory square sunglasses by Dior, and Opera 105 leather sandals by Gianvito Rossi.

Anna Wintour Steps Down – The End of an Era

Today marks the end of an extraordinary chapter in the world of fashion, journalism, and culture. Anna Wintour, an icon in every sense, is stepping down and with her departure, we close a page on one of the most influential editorial reigns of our time.

I had the privilege of meeting Anna on several occasions. Each time, I was struck by her presence – poised, sharp, and always ahead of the curve. She has that rare quality of making a room pause simply by entering it. What impressed me most, however, wasn’t just her signature sunglasses or her legendary editorial instinct, but her quiet discipline and the genuine care she brought to her work and the people she supported behind the scenes.

«Not just a fashion icon – a cultural force

Anna’s impact on Vogue and the wider industry can’t be overstated. She redefined fashion journalism, championed emerging designers, and shaped cultural conversations far beyond the glossy pages. She challenged norms, elevated voices, and maintained a standard of excellence that inspired generations.

«37 years of vision, elegance, and change.»

Born in London in 1949, Anna began her career in fashion journalism in the 1970s, working at Harper’s & Queen and New York Magazine. She became Editor-in-Chief of American Vogue in 1988, and her sharp editorial vision turned the magazine into a global cultural authority. Over the years, she helped launch the careers of countless designers and creatives, and brought a unique blend of fashion, politics, and cultural relevance to the forefront.

«Anna Wintour – end of an era, legacy continues.»

Me arriving at the US Vogue headquarters…

Although she is stepping down from her role as Editor-in-Chief of American Vogue, she is not leaving Condé Nast. Anna will continue to serve as Global Chief Content Officer at Condé Nast and Global Editorial Director at Vogue, where she will continue to shape the brand’s international direction. The position at American Vogue will be restructured, with a new Head of Editorial Content to be appointed.

... and in the office itself to have breakfast with Anna Wintour and Kim Kardashian.

Her departure is not just the end of a role, but the closing of an era. I’m grateful to have crossed paths with someone whose influence has been as profound as it has been lasting.

Thank you, Anna – for the legacy, the inspiration, and the unforgettable moments.

Net-à-Porter Celebrates Its 25th Anniversary

Yesterday, I had the great pleasure of being invited to the NET-A-PORTERicon Headquarters in London to celebrate a remarkable milestone – 25 years of redefining luxury fashion online.

The famous NET-A-PORTER offices.

As a long-time loyal customer, it was truly inspiring to witness the evolution of a platform I have admired and loved for years. NET-A-PORTERicon has always been more than just a shopping destination to me – it is a home for curated excellence, timeless style, and true innovation in digital luxury.

It was an honour to meet the new CEO Heather Kamintesky and to gain insight into the future strategy of the company. The vision for what lies ahead feels bold, fresh, and deeply committed to both heritage and innovation – a balance that has always set NET-A-PORTERicon apart.

Clockwise from top left some of the most lusted-over items of the past 25 years: Loewe’s raffia tote (2019); Gucci’s logo T-shirt (2017); Isabel Marant’s ‘Bekett’ wedge sneakers (2013); Alaïa’s studded ballet flats (2023); Acne Studios’ ‘Pistol’ boots (2012); Loewe’s ‘Puzzle’ bag (2025); Saint Laurent’s ‘Arty’ ring (2011); Bottega Veneta’s ‘Cassette’ bag (2020); Christian Louboutin’s ‘Decollete’ pumps (2008). More infos hereicon.

The evening was a beautiful tribute to the brand’s journey – elegant, thoughtful, and full of character. It celebrated not just fashion, but the women who wear it.

Congratulations to the entire team on this extraordinary anniversary. Here’s to the next 25 years of style, vision, and inspiration.

My Look: Couture Goose

Last Sunday’s MY STYLE ROCKS gala look: part barnyard, part runway.
Pulled up to the darts party looking like your local farm’s fashion icon. Wearing the viral Moschino goose feet heels (yes, they honk), a matching goose-print skirt, a necklace full of eggs (still intact, obviously), and a baguette bag because carbs are couture.
Not here to play darts, here to throw looks.

Worn in Gala Episode 91 of MY STYLE ROCKS Season 2.

My look: Ruffle detail crop top, , graphic print midi skirt, scarf with goose print, and feather-detailing sandals with duck feet heels, and bread-shaped faux-leather clutch bag, all by Moschino, and white flower sunglasses by CHANEL.

My Look: Scent-sational

Perfume – the scent-sational way to wear your signature style.

Why settle for spritzing it on when you can dress in it? This look is a fragrant fantasy come to life: a chic dress by Mary Katrantzou, whose iconic perfume bottle prints helped launch her career and put her on the fashion map. Paired with a clutch that’s literally a mini fragrance bottle and earrings that sparkle with the same olfactory obsession, it’s playful, polished, and perfectly extra.

Proof that fashion and fragrance make the ultimate power couple.

As worn in Episode 82 of MY STYLE ROCKS Season 2.

My Look: Perfume bottle print dress by Mary Katrantzou (F/W 2009), Gianni bow-detail satin pumps by Versace, perfume clutch bag, and matching perfume earrings, both by Balmain.

My Look: Time for Adventure

Wanderlust meets high fashion in today’s look. I’m setting off in style with a bold mix of classic luxury and playful details – think statement patches, a travel-ready Louis Vuitton bag, and my new favorite: wide, offbeat Alaïa jeans that redefine the silhouette. Whether it’s the city streets or a faraway escape, this outfit is all about embracing the journey with confidence and character.

Worn in Episode 88 of MY STYLE ROCKS Season 2.

My look: Travel patch bomber jacket, and matching Side Trunk MM bag, both by Louis Vuitton, white tank top by Alexandre Vauthier, high-rise tapered jeansicon by Alaïa, Nama suede-trimmed leather platform sneakersicon by Chloé, hoop-drop clip earringsicon by Saint Laurent and round sunglasses in shiny pink by Loewe.

In Loving Memory of Leonard A. Lauder

In Loving Memory of Leonard A. Lauder
1933–2025

It is with deep sadness and immense respect that I bid farewell to Leonard Lauder – a visionary, a gentleman, and a man who shaped not only the global beauty industry but also the lives of countless individuals, including my own.

View from the Estée Lauder Companies headquarters in New York City.

As a long-time ambassador for Estée Lauder Companies, I had the great privilege of working closely with some of the brands he so passionately nurtured. But what I will carry in my heart forever are the personal memories – the kindness he extended, the Christmas cards he thoughtfully sent each year, the warm invitation to his private residence in New York, and our inspiring conversations in his office. He never treated people as roles or titles – only as human beings.

With Leonard Lauder on the terrace of his Upper East Side home.

Leonard Lauder was much more than a business icon. He was a man of integrity, generosity, and deep emotional intelligence. He had a rare ability to make everyone around him feel seen and valued, whether you were a global executive or a young artist just starting out. His devotion to his employees and collaborators was not just professional – it was personal, genuine, and unwavering.

With his brother Ronald Lauder.

He believed in beauty, not only in product or presentation, but in purpose – in the power of elegance, in the strength of people, and in the legacy of family. Through the Estée Lauder Companies, he created a culture of excellence, empathy, and innovation that continues to inspire the industry.

With his granddaughter Aerin Lauder and Estée Lauder face Carolyn Murphy at an event in NYC.

Leonard, thank you for everything you gave to the world – and to me. Your light will continue to shine through every face you helped empower, every story you touched, and every act of grace you lived by.

With deepest admiration,
Sandra

My Look: Historical Festival

As a juror on MY STYLE ROCKS, a recent gala theme was «Festival» – and while others reached for sequins and fringe, I chose to travel through time. Inspired by history’s grandeur, my look blends opulence and old-world charm, proving that even at a festival, elegance never goes out of style.

Worn in Episode 80 Gala «Festival» of MY STYLE ROCKS Season 2.

My look: Embellished fringed tulle mini dress by Zimmermann, rose Dolce box bag in painted resin, nappa mordore gladiator sandals with studs and painted flower detailing, and embellished crown, all by Dolce & Gabbana, and crystal-embellished clip-on earrings in gold by Alessandra Rich.
