NET-A-PORTER will launch both fine jewellery and watch creations from «Possession», a signature Piaget collection that welcomes colour for the first time with an assortment of bold ornamental stones, the so-called «Possession Colour Collection». The introduction of bright and bold Piaget colours to an iconic jewellery collection called for an equally vibrant and colourful collaboration with a woman who embodies the vitality of Possession. A dynamic force in the world of fashion, Olivia Palermo is the face of the campaign for Piaget for the second year running.

The collection trigger an emotion, a collection the buyer pins to a memory, or a mark of success as a gift to herself or to someone else.

A key feature with each piece is the movement – this is the only collection of jewellery known that has movement. The central band on the ring turns – spinning it can be quite addictive – the bezel between each cabochon on the pendant also turns, as does the diamond bands set against each cabochon on the bracelets. It is this feature of turning that evokes the particular memory for the wearer.

Here is the fifth and final look that I wore for the shoot with Swiss News magazine:

Belted wool-crepe tunic, wool-crepe straight-leg pants, both by Miu Miu, bi-colour glittering ankle boots by Chanel, Muse Two bag by Yves Saint Laurent and hat by Louis Vuitton.

This look makes me always feel like escaping from everyday life. I love the ’60s vibe and the vibrant turquoise hue. It is comfortable and stylish in one!

Dior’s Summer 2012 makeup collection is all about an escapade on the Croisettea glamorous couture trip. The French Riviera has always been a great source of inspiration for Christian Dior. From Dior’s first swimsuit collections and seaside fashion designs in the Fifties to the current Resort 2012 collection as shown above.

At a ladies luncheon in Beverly Hills, I sat next to Bonnie Star who turned out to be not only a very interesting woman, but also a fantastic jewelry designer. She invited me to her beautiful house the next day and showed me all of her fantastic work. Being a former artist, Bonnie has a total eye for shapes, fabrics and colours. She uses sterling, crystals, ornate stones like turquoise and agate along with a mix of vintage pendants and toggle clasps to create her unique pieces. Most of her designs can be worn in different ways as she loves multi-functional jewelry.

My personal favourites are her romantic tulle necklaces.

Bonnie leads a fashionable life being the sister of Darren Star, the mastermind behind our beloved television series like Beverly Hills 90210, Melrose Place, Cashmere Mafia or Sex and the City.
