My Look: Futuristic

Yesterday’s gala episode of MY STYLE ROCKS had the topic FUSTURISTIC. The big finale is coming up soon and our candidates really created some amazing looks. Personally speaking, I dived into my closet and found some cool pieces to create this visionary style. Even that the heels don’t look like it, I can promise you they are super comfortable.

My look: Printed bodysuit by Balmain, Stage 100mm knitted boots , and silver wrap around sunglasses, both by Balenciaga, resin clutch with bowling ball inserts by Alexander McQueen, and silver-tone crystal clip earringsicon by Alessandra Rich.

My Look: In Love We Trust

Titled «40 Years of Love,» Moschino celebrated its 40th anniversary with a fashion show homage to founder Franco Moschino for S/S 2024. «In Love We Trust» is written on my dress and I still believe in love despite all disappointments. This is a preview for you as I will be wearing this beautiful and fun outfit next week for another episode of MY STYLE ROCKS. For me it is the perfect look to celebrate the upcoming Valentine’s Day.

My look: Sequined mini dress «In Love We Trust», boots with heart heels4o year anniversary wool hat with big rhinestones (all S/S 2024), and motorcycle helmet bag (S/S 2025), all by Moschino, and crystal choker by Alessandra Rich.

My Look: 90’s Vibes

Last week’s gala episode of MY STYLE ROCKS was all about the 90s. A decade that I lived and that was all about bold style, laid-back vibes, and iconic trends that still influence fashion today! From grunge flannels, fuzzy hats and ripped jeans to hip-hop baggy fits and sleek minimalist slip dresses, the decade was a perfect mix of cool and carefree. Think platform shoes, Doc Martens, chokers, crop tops, checked mini skirts and tracksuits—whether inspired by Clueless, Friends, or your favorite boy band, 90s fashion was effortlessly fun and full of personality!

As you know, I have been collecting fashion for more than 30 years. For this episode I dived into my closet and looked for pieces that I actually wore in the 90s. I had designed the bag along with the matching T-shirts during my time at Sonia Rykiel in Paris. Originally created for the people backstage at the S/S 1999 show, Sonia decided to produce them for the actual collection as she liked them a lot.

My look: Appliquéd printed cotton-jersey sweatshirt by Dolce & Gabbana, neon pink cropped top (S/S 1995), and black hot pants (S/S 2022), both by CHANEL, checked mini skirt (S/S 1998) by D&G, printed wool bag (S/S 1999) by Sonia Rykiel, triangle-logo scrunchie, crystal scrunchie, and fuzzy hat in lilac, all by Pradaleather, faux pearl and crystal chokericon by Alessandra Rich, 90’s vintage sunglasses by Guccicreoles by Dior, black tights with crystals by Calzedonia, and Strike leather ankle boots by Balenciaga.

My Look: Let’s Party!

Let’s party and celebrate the 50th episode of MY STYLE ROCKS, that aired this week. I wore this look for the first time and adore the color combination of light blue that is blending seamlessly with the richness of burgundy and a touch of pink. By adding a sprinkle of vintage glamour with the turban, the outfit got a fun and quirky edge, bringing the old-fashioned alive with a fresh perspective. Let the past inspire the future – style reimagined, bold, and make it uniquely yours, where timeless elegance meets a playful twist!

My Look: Pop Art

This upcoming Sunday’s gala episode of MY STYLE ROCKS will be all about Pop Art, which means it will be all about bold colors, graphic prints, and playful designs that bring art to life through clothing. Inspired by the 1960s Pop Art movement, it features vibrant patterns, comic-style graphics, and everyday cultural references like logos and icons. This fun, rebellious style turns fashion into a canvas, celebrating creativity and making a bold, eye-catching statement.

Jeremy Scott’s work for Moschino often drew on Pop Art references, blending bold, vibrant colors with playful, consumer-culture imagery. He transformed everyday objects like fast food logos, candy wrappers, and cleaning products into high-fashion statements, channeling the spirit of artists like Andy Warhol. Scott’s designs celebrated the quirky, fun, and provocative essence of Pop Art, making his collections for Moschino both whimsical and deeply rooted in pop culture commentary.

My look: Cropped trench jacket by Dolce & Gabbana, printed cotton-blend faille skirt, matching bustier top, and pearl necklace with bowiconall by Moschino, inflated oversized square-frame acetate sunglassesicon by Loewe, Aevitas pointy stud leather platform pumpsicon by Versace, and Mondrian embroidered appliquéd canvas clutch by Olympia Le-Tan.

My Look: 80s

Last week’s gala episode of MY STYLE ROCKS was all about the 1980s. I love this era as it was all about bold, loud, and unapologetic fashion! Think big everything—from oversized shoulder pads to voluminous hair. Neon colors, metallics, and animal prints dominated wardrobes, while leg warmers and spandex became gym-to-street staples. Preppy looks with popped collars and designer logos contrasted with edgy punk styles, featuring ripped jeans and studded leather. Accessories were just as over-the-top, with chunky jewelry, gloves, and fanny packs stealing the spotlight. Whether inspired by Madonna, Michael Jackson, Dynasty or Wall Street’s power suits, the 80s were a decade where more was definitely more!

My look: Double-breasted wool-blend blazer with oversized shouldersicon, and matching green mini skirt, both by Balenciaga, black tulle gloves with GG motificon by Gucci, Mitza ring by Dior Fine Jewellery, wide chain bracelet by CHANELivory oyster enamel mother of pearl brooch by Burberry, hoop-drop clip earringsiconclassic Paris D’Orsay pumps with bow, metallic-trimmed leather clutchblack chiffon bow choker necklace, and wide-brimmed rabbit and cotton-blend felt fedora, all by Saint Laurent.

My Look: Fashion Fairy

Today’s episode of MY STYLE ROCKS is about «fairytale characters».
For the show I styled this outfit with pieces of my closet and became a fashion fairy, ready to put my magic spell on our lovely candidates. I love creating theme inspired outfits with normal pieces instead of going to a costume shop.

My look: Faylinn dress by Mary Katrantzou (Look 23, F/W 2017 collection inspired by Walt Disney’s Fantasia), puffin resin clutch by JW AndersonKiki embellished suede platform knee-high boots by Marc Jacobs, and velvet cone princess hat with veil by CHANEL (Look 66, Métiers d’Art Pre-Fall 2021 ‘Le Château des Dames’).

A big thank you to the team on set, @metindemirhair and @saimesaime for the gorgeous clip-in bangs. Do you think I should cut my hair like this? I am pretty much tempted …

My Look: Color Blocking

One episode of My Style Rocks Germany was about «color blocking,» when two or more colors are combined or stacked in blocks in mostly bright colour. Those vibrant hues combined stimulate energy and happiness.
