Please excuse my absence from blogging! For ten days, Sandra’s Closet stood still due to severe problems with the newsletter system. Due to this update, you still might experience some difficulties. Bare with me. I have been very busy during those last weeks with the magazine and another new exciting project I will tell you more about tomorrow.
The June issue of L’OFFICIEL Switzerland dedicated to high jewelry is available from today with Lauriane Gilliéron on the cover wearing Tommy Hilfiger and featuring Piaget‘s amazing “Limelight Mediterranean Garden Collection” shot by David Shama in Los Angeles under my fashion direction. Stay tuned for some fun making of pics coming up soon!
Moreover, the first full issue of L’OFFICIEL Voyage is also at the newsstand today – yes, I’ve been busy!

Last month, another baby was born: we celebrated the launch of L’OFFICIEL VOYAGE SWITZERLAND at the home of R Selection, the luxurious travel agency in Zurich.
The first issue of our new travel dedicated supplement which is published in German and French is still on newsstands nationwide, along with the October issue gracing Charlize Theron. Some of you might remember when I flew to Paris to interview the blonde actress. If you are interested, you have to hurry. There is not so much time left until our next L’OFFICIEL SWITZERLAND issue will arrive.
By the way, if you subscribe to L’OFFICIEL SWITZERLAND, you will get it a day earlier than the newsstands! The travel supplement will come for free with it twice a year.

Recently I was asked to be featured in the Breuninger Magazine which was of course an honor for me! The famous department store with its mother house in Stuttgart has today 11 shops all around Germany, in Düsseldorf, Ludwigsburg, Sindelfingen, Nürnberg, Freiburg, Erfurt, Leipzig, MTZ, Karlsruhe and Reutlingen. As my husband is originally from Stuttgart, I know this shopping heaven pretty well because I always go there when we visit his hometown.

The cover story with Dita von Teese is a 14-page elaborate spread shot by Ali Mahdavi that showcases some iconic fragrances with an incredible mise-en-scène, courtesy of Vincent Darré. The images are complemented by an interview by Ali and his famous muse.
