Today I would like to introduce you to an amazing digital contest and charity project powered by MSGM, the Italian fashion brand founded in 2009 by Massimo Giorgetti: LOGOS FOR THE FUTURE. MSGM’s followers are called to design an original logo graphic and to post it on Instagram with the hashtag #LOGOSFORTHEFUTURE, tagging @MSGM.
Massimo Giorgetti himself will select the 5 best logos, which will be featured in a limited edition capsule collection, soon to be launched on MSGM’s selling channels. Great news is that 100% of the collection profits will be donated to Save The Children Italia, to fund their campaign helping children in need of material and educational support following the Covid-19 emergency.
Winners will be asked for a high-res 300dpi+ scan or vectorial file for their logo submissions and will receive a €1000 gift card to spend on MSGM.it. Entries will be accepted until June 15, 2020.
I immediately decided to take part in this competition and designed a few logos that are inspired by childhood memories and the vibrant colours MSGM stands for.

Hublot launches a collection of Spirit of Big Bang timepieces tapping into the current pastel trends. The new Spirit of Big Bang 39mm collection embodies the «Art of Fusion» concept by being both timeless and fashion-forward, created for the modern woman expressing her style through a technically advanced and stylish timepiece. The new timepiece is paired with an alligator and rubber strap of pastel new shades: in light pink or light blue, the new strap matches its dial and lends the Spirit of Big Bang a touch of originality and femininity, to enrich the collection.
These newcomers reignite the success of the Spirit of Big Bang collection whose design is directly inspired by the Big Bang with a barrel shape. The new models combine all the signature elements of the iconic Spirit of Big Bang range including the tonneau-shaped case. Six H-shaped screws create a «sandwich» case construction, which enables an infinite number of combinations of materials and colours.
Available in 39mm, in titanium or in King Gold, the new Spirit of Big Bang captures the current pastel trend with the option of satin-finished and polished ceramic in light blue or pink. The colours indefinitely extend their power by also covering the satin-finished sunray dial completed with 50 diamonds set on the bezel, as well as the alligator strap stitched onto white rubber.
Each timepiece is equipped with the HUB1710 self-winding movement. At its heart, the movement beats at 28,800 vibrations per hour, with a power reserve of 50 hours.

Yesterday marked the launch of Louis Vuitton‘s LV Pont 9 shoulder bag. The Maison’s most important bag debut of the year is available in five colours. I went for blue which will officially launch on June 26. This French-chic shoulder bag takes cues from both the past and present, and got its name from the famous Pont Neuf bridge in Paris. The design is a classic silhouette of a flap bag, with smooth curved edges and a vintage appeal.

I am so proud to share with you today’s news which I have exclusively for Switzerland. For this photoshoot, «Fragrances under confinement» Jean Paul Gaultier tasked photographer Gorka Postigo, a regular collaborator with the brand, to make «at-home» content, without any outside elements in order to respect the actual confinement situation that we were currently facing.
This consisted of staging the Gaultier fragrances; Classique and Le Mâle, La Belle and Le Beau as well as Scandal in a portrayal of what makes daily life for millions of people during confinement. Hygiene, at – home work outs, home cleaning, cooking, reading in afternoon, one-on-one dinners, movie nights and social distancing security during the «essentials» going out.
I am very thankful that our lives are coming back slowly to normal… Those photos are so cute I had to share them as a wonderful memory of lockdown.

I love to read and I have always preferred books to television. Great news is that I have teamed up with Amazon and opened a Sandra’s Closet book shop online, where you can discover now my first reading list.
My favorite genre? You might not believe it, but it is psychological thrillers. Why is that? Those captivating stories keep your adrenaline flowing and activate a part of your brain that is in general not stimulated. We release strong emotions like hate and fear that are normally repressed, thereby experiencing a catharsis. No other genre can make you feel so absorbed and involved, in my opinion. We all love to play detectives and as the story moves along, guessing on clues, the twists and turns can be so rewarding. During quarantine I read so many amazing psychological thrillers, that I would like to share with you today for the perfect summer entertainment. I love CHANEL. Since I was a teenager, I have been crazy for the French Maison with its extremely eye-caring and sophisticated logo. CHANEL, one of the most luxurious and influential fashion brands, is with no doubt timeless. For my 18th birthday I got a CHANEL ensemble that I still wear and adore. It was Karl Lagerfeld expanding on the prestige and history of Coco’s achievements that made women around the globe crave for a piece of CHANEL. Now, with Virginie Viard at the helmet, the beautiful story continues… here you see me wearing some of my favorite Cruise 2020 pieces.
