For Resort 2022, Maria Grazia Chiuri looked for sportswear as an inspiration and introduced a special sportswear line along the Dior Vibe sneaker. Greetings from beautiful Umbria where I got to spend a weekend with Brunello Cucinelli and my beloved NET-À-PORTER and MR PORTER family. Unfortunately, the weather was not always the best and it started raining when we were taking the photos at the Borgo des Conti Resort. It’s not an April’s fool. I just got back from NYC to visit the Watches & Wonders fair in Geneva (so many incredible things to show you… if you have been following my Instastories, you know what I am talking about) and now I am packing again and will be off to Boston this weekend. I couldn’t be more excited as I am visiting my daughter for her birthday.

What to pack for Boston is always a challenge as the weather can be so unpredictable. You can have a beautiful sunny day followed by a snow storm 24 hours later. So layers are always a great way to be prepared for all possibilities. My teddy coat is one of my favorites to travel with. It is so light, yet so warm.

The photos were taken in several places, on the new pedestrian bridge that connects two ends of Northeastern university campus, on one of the most photographed streets in the city, Acorn Street, that is reminiscent of a colonial Boston, as well as in front of the famous bronze ducks located in the Public Garden.

One of my favorite S/S 2022 collections is Miu Miu. There were plenty of sexy-looking clothes on the runway this season: low-rise micro-miniskirts and ultra-cropped tops give all the attention to the midriff. It felt different and new, a welcome distraction from the looks we wore during the pandemic. Here you see me wearing this fun outfit on the streets of Paris during Fashion Week.

At the moment, we have the most beautiful sunny weather here in Gstaad. So I sported for the first time some of my new pieces in the beige multicolor leopard Mizza motif from the DiorAlps capsule collection. The hooded down jacket is crafted in quilted technical fabric and is ideal for skiing. It has a windproof membrane, interior cuffs and numerous pockets, including one for a ski pass. I coordinated the look with the matching jumpsuit when I had lunch on the terrace of the Gstaad Palace.

Bringing Versailles to the street, here is another outfit from Moschino‘s fab F/W 2020 collection that I love so much.
