I am so grateful that I recovered so easily from my COVID-19 infection and never showed the typical symptoms besides loosing my taste and smell for a few days. The isolation was tough on me. However, I spent my time reading and enjoying myself in my new home.
I am grateful that all my loved ones didn’t catch it and I feel blessed for all the beautiful things in my life, including my closet! Speaking of which, I adore this outdoor look, comfy yet stylish, and hope you will like it as well.
My look: D-White turtleneck sweater, cream white cashmere sweater, reversible Teddy-D small brim bucket hat, D-Venture logo ankle boots, socks with Dior Oblique motif, Oblique saddle bag and blue shoulder strap, all by Dior, layered pinstriped grain de poudre wool and silk shorts by Chloé, and Audrey wayfarer sunglasses by Celine.
Are you grateful like me that 2020 will be over soon?

No matter if you need them or not, wearing glasses will give you a polished, distinguished and different look. Regardless of your outfit, glasses can help you enhance your unique style and improve how people perceive you in the process. Almost all psychologists agree that glasses-wearers look more qualified and trustworthy. I got myself a pair of glasses that filter out the blue light spectrum to cut down on digital eye strain, which was a great decision.
Below are some optical designer frames I truly like. Make them a statement! It is a little investment for a great output. The attention will be all yours…
Happy Friday 13th – I keep on packing!

That bat! That guilty bat that most likely made the coronavirus outbreak happen. Who would have thought that this little animal can have such an impact on the whole world? Taking the current situation with a certain dose of humor, imagine today’s outfit without the bat necklace, it wouldn’t be the same… It gives it that certain wow-effect and blurs the line between where art ends and fashion begins.
My look: Ruched mesh-paneled cotton-poplin midi dress, Puzzle printed leather shoulder bag, bat necklace, all by Loewe, and Tribute beige lace-up suede sandals by Saint Laurent, and embellished square butterfly sunglasses by Celine.
Wishing you a happy Sunday. I am in quarantine until tomorrow … We had dinner with a friend who got diagnosed Covid-19 positive the next day. Thank God we are all fine because we kept the distance. However, it makes me think how much the world has changed… just because of this one guilty bat or that one person who ate it to be frank!

With all the safety precautions I am honestly so not in the mood for traveling somewhere. And to be honest, there is no need to with these beautiful sunny temperatures in Switzerland at the moment. I love my pool and garden so much. It is the best place to chill, relax and work. Dressing up at home is also fun … in this sense, I hope you are enjoying your Sunday!

This week, I spent an amazing four days with Net-à-Porter at the romantic 5-star luxury resort Borgo Santo Pietro in Tuscan countryside. Situated near Siena, the hotel offers an incredible experience with a holistic spa, cooking school, Michelin-starred restaurant, 270-acre organic farm, vineyards and 13-acre beautifully manicured gardens where we shot the photos in this comfortable yet stylish crochet look. More coming up soon from Borgo Santo Pietro …

As I told you before in my travel insider about São Paulo, I was warned that tourists can become the target of scams and robberies while visiting the largest city in South America. Therefore I wanted to to blend in as much as possible in this urban metropole, and took note of how not to look like a tourist while being in town. In order not to flash my valuables, I didn’t wear any jewellery, watch, handbag or logo. I went for a pair of cargo pants that has several pockets that I filled with credit cards, money and my iPhone. I prepared some cash in one of them to be fast in case of a robbery.
In the end, I felt very safe, probably also because I was well prepared… if you get the chance, please visit São Paulo, it is such an amazing city!
My look: Printed denim shirt by Saint Laurent, ribbed jersey tank by Derek Lam, cargo pants by DKNY, Audrey wayfarer sunglasses by Celine, black leather belt by Prada, and sneakers by Prada Linea Rossa.

From spiral staircases to curving chairs, the creative yet practical designs of Bauhaus are one of a kind. This year, the Bauhaus celebrates 100 years since its founding in Germany by Berlin architect Walter Gropius in Weimar in 1919. Until today, the Bauhaus Art School continues to shape art, architecture and design all over the world.
My beloved Mary Katrantzou dedicated her F/W 2018 collection to this fantastic movement – a testimony how art, culture, architecture and fashion are all linked together.
My look: Lazlo jacket and Alta intarsia stretch-knit turtleneck midi dress, both by Mary Katrantzou, Paris suede ankle boots by Saint Laurent, «16» bag by Celine, and caramel and raspberry handmade Shibori dip-dyed fur stole by Miu Miu. and vintage CC heart motif earrings by Chanel.
